As a result we’ve decided to describe it as Jazz Renaissance Nouveau, because it blends Jazz inspired improvisation and asymmetry with Renaissance elegance, lush blooms and textures, using beauty as a transformative lens. The nouveau means that we are committed to constantly learning & being exposed to that which is fresh and new; not for the sake of trend but for our work to be infused with life. Our role is to listen closely, design with intention, and handle the floral details so you can focus on enjoying the people you’re with. And every time you book with us, you’re part of something larger, our social mission. A portion of our work goes toward hosting Flowering Events for cancer survivors and Flowering Experiences for teens that incorporate social & emotional learning.

Floral Art for Corporate & Non-Profit Events: Event Florals - From intimate dinners to large galas, we bring polished floral design that elevates your event and reflects your brand or mission.
Private Floral Workshop: Host a private floral workshop for your team, clients, or friends. We provide everything you need — flowers, vases, tools, and light refreshments. With our guidance, each guest will create their own arrangement. Group minimum of 8 participants (Investment $1,120) $130 per additional person ABOVE the Minimum
Floral Art Experiences: Experience flowers as living art. Each installation and gathering is thoughtfully designed to awaken the senses, inspire meaningful conversation, and transform the ordinary into places of beauty and connection. Perfect for galleries, cultural organizations, private homes, and special events.
Wedding Flowers: We value refined beauty, craftsmanship and quality blooms. Our Artful À La Carte wedding offerings are designed for couples seeking floral artistry with a streamlined planning experience. For intimate gatherings and hosts who have planned everything but want a professional eye for the details, we offer complete floral décor and styling for your table, mantel, meadow or installation. From linens and centerpieces and finishing touches, we’ll pull everything together into a cohesive, elegant look that feels personal to you. Coordination of rentals provided if needed.

Urbane Youth Floral Design Experience

Our Social Mission extends beyond hosting events & giveaways for cancer survivors, it has EXPANDED to incorporate Flowering Experiences for teenagers. Your investment helps to make this meaningful work possible.

The "Urbane Youth Floral Design Experience" aims to provide high school students with hands on floral design education that incorporates social & emotional learning and mentorship opportunities. We promote and provide access for teens to cultivate creativity, build resilience, engage with beauty and so much more. As Refined Gatherings seeks to incorporate more sustainable floral design practices in our business, we have made the decision to expose the teenagers to these practical practices in some of the design sessions as well.
