We lean into that freedom, while making sure the end result always feels polished and elevated. Our floral style is a celebration of contrasts. As a result we’ve decided to describe it as Jazz Renaissance Nouveau, because it blends Jazz inspired improvisation and asymmetry with Renaissance elegance, lush blooms and textures, using beauty as a transformative lens. Our role is to listen closely, design with intention, and handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the people you’re with. And every time you book with us, you’re part of something larger. A portion of our work goes toward hosting Flowering Events for cancer survivors and Flowering Experiences for teens that incorporate social & emotional learning.

Gatherings

  • Corporate & Non-Profit Gatherings: Event Florals - From intimate dinners to large galas, we bring polished floral design that elevates your event and reflects your brand or mission.

  • Wedding Flowers: We focus exclusively on floral design. Every couple we serve deserves flowers that feel artful, radiant, and refined. We offer two pathways to make that happen.

    • Our Refined Collection is streamlined and simple without the full-service commitment. It’s perfect if you love our style, want premium blooms incorporated, and prefer a more straightforward process. $700 minimum (Bridal Bouquets start at $250 - not including delivery)

    • Our Full-Service Weddings are completely customized—ideal if you’d like us to design every floral detail of styling personals, ceremony, reception and manage all aspects of setup, installation, and strike. Starting Investment $5000

  • Private Floral Workshop: Host a private floral workshop for your team, clients, or friends. We provide everything you need — flowers, vases, tools, and light refreshments. With our guidance, each guest will create their own arrangement. Group minimum of 8 participants (Investment $1,120) $130 per additional person ABOVE the Minimum

  • Floral Table / Virtual Edition: YOUR TABLE / YOUR HOME - Host friends & family for an unforgettable floral design gathering. We provide expert guidance, vases and floral snips for you to keep.  Your guests leave with lovely arrangements they created themselves and a few tricks of the trade.  For an ADDITIONAL FEE (if you live in the Cleveland area) we can deliver flowers to your door, or you can grab some monochromatic blooms from your favorite grocery store.  This is perfect for celebrations, client appreciation at the office, or just a beautiful excuse to gather.  $65 per person (Group Minimum: 6)

For intimate gatherings and hosts who have planned everything but want a professional eye for the details, we offer complete floral décor and styling for your table, mantel, meadow or installation. From linens and centerpieces and finishing touches, we’ll pull everything together into a cohesive, elegant look that feels personal to you. Coordination of rentals provided if needed.

Because we're a boutique studio florist, we source flowers specifically for you. Each arrangement is made to order, not from a standing retail supply. Urbane Youth Floral Design Experience

Our Social Mission extends beyond hosting events & giveaways for cancer survivors, it has EXPANDED to incorporate Flowering Experiences for teenagers. Your investment helps to make this meaningful work possible.

The "Urbane Youth Floral Design Experience" aims to provide high school students with hands on floral design education that incorporates social & emotional learning and mentorship opportunities.  We promote and provide access for teens to cultivate creativity, build resilience, engage with beauty and so much more. As Refined Gatherings seeks to incorporate more sustainable floral design practices in our business, we have made the decision to expose the teenagers to these practices as well.
